Marjorie Giddings

Marjorie is a vocational nurse on Dr. Rozen’s team of nurses. She joined Dr. Rozen’s team 6 years ago and since then has been an integral part of the team. She has an extraordinarily strong surgical foundation, offers an elevated level of skill and experience, and will often assist Dr. Rozen in surgical procedures performed in clinic. In addition to her surgical expertise as an assistant, Marjorie is very involved and thorough in the hands-on care of our patients. She is a true professional who is very dedicated to her patients.

Oneida Knoll

Oneida started her career as a nurse in New Orleans. After staying home a few years with her 3 children, she relocated to Texas and returned to nursing in 2004 at UT Southwestern. Oneida has been with Dr. Rozen for the past 14 years and is known for her vibrancy, her compassionate care, and patient support. Oneida’s motto has always been to treat each patient as she would want to be treated and strives to provide that care to each patient with excellence.

Shelby Higginbotham

Shelby is one of our clinic nurses who helps Dr. Rozen’s clinic when things become a bit busy or in case one of his primary nurses is not available. Shelby received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and has been at UT Southwestern for seven years. Before joining the Plastic Surgery Clinic three years ago, Shelby was a nurse in cardiothoracic and transplant surgery. She assists Dr. Rozen and Ariel in providing preoperative and postoperative care to our patients. Shelby enjoys hiking, traveling to national parks, and dabbling in abstract art.

Sue Ellen Loisel

Sue Ellen Loisel has been a registered nurse for the past 17 years. She received her Bachelor of Science in nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington and has been part of the healthcare team at UT Southwestern Medical Center since 2018.   

Sue Ellen has found her niche as a certified plastic surgical nurse specializing in post-surgical bedside care. She brings a quiet, caring nature to a busy medical practice and is an asset to Dr. Rozen and his patients. Sue Ellen’s empathy, active listening, and easygoing communication style make it easy for patients and their family members to talk to her.  

Sue Ellen embraces change. With her passion for the healthcare profession and her empathetic nature as driving forces, she’s dedicated to her work and her patients. Raised in a home with five siblings, caring for others and helping out wherever she’s needed come instinctively to Sue Ellen.    

Since she’s often asked, and just in case you were wondering: Yes, she is named after the character on the TV show “Dallas.”. Her mom was a big fan!  Sue Ellen lives in Dallas with her husband and two beautiful young daughters.  She enjoys wellness, outdoor activities, and spending time with her family.

Patty Aitson

Patty is one of the most seasoned medical photographers in the country and has been a medical photographer at UT Southwestern for 25 years, 19 years in the Department of Plastic Surgery. Patty’s medical photography skills and expertise are a great asset to our team, especially in facial paralysis. As a side gig, Patty photographs special events and celebrations for family and friends. Her hobbies are charcoal drawing and collecting vintage Native American art.

Kristin Miller

Kristin has been a Medical Photographer for UT Southwestern for almost 2 years. She began her professional photography career over 8 years ago as an event, portrait, and headshot photographer. Kristin has become Dr. Rozen’s primary videographer of facial paralysis patient as well as all other patients. One of Kristin’s hobbies is getting out in nature to photograph anything that catches her eye.

Annamaria “Toni” Salvadore – Office Manager

Toni has been involved in medicine for more than 2 decades. After doing clinical research at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston as an Assistant Director to Patient Relations and managing international research projects in Ecuador, she joined Dr. Rozen in clinical research for nearly 10 years. She recently transitioned to manage most aspects of Dr. Rozen’s practice. Toni is an exceptional communicator, has superb organizational skills, and has proven leadership in quality assurance. Toni loves music, history, museums, travel, refinishing antique furniture, and of course, Texas.
