Case Details
Smile restoration with a lower lip muscle myectomy performed by Dr. Shai Rozen in Dallas, Texas to restore smile and facial symmetry in addition to Botox®️around the right eye for her blepharospasm secondary to underlying synkinesis. She presented several years after several events of Bell's Palsy on both sides of the face and had difficulty with smiling, speech, and eating. 2 months later she has an improved smile, eye closure, and facial symmetry.
