Case Details
Smile restoration with a lower lip muscle and buccinator myectomies performed by Dr. Shai Rozen in Dallas, Texas to restore smile and facial symmetry in addition to Botox®️around the right eye for her blepharospasm secondary to underlying synkinesis. She presented 4 years after an event of Bell's Palsy on the right side of the face and had difficulty with smiling, speech, and eating. 1 months later she has an improved smile, eye closure, and facial symmetry.
